Uprise Skateshop first opened in 1997 in Chicago, and for their latest collab with Vans, they’ve designed a Half Cab Pro with the most cherished design details from the Half Cabs that they stocked when they first opened.
The Uprise 1997 Half Cab Pros comes in two OG suede colorways and brings back the original two-piece toe cap construction. Additional features include a thinner tongue, overall thinner shape, higher foxing for more lateral support, and a cloth based vulc wrap for extra grip and flexibility.
The Uprise 1997 Half Cab Pros will be available at Uprise Skateshop at 11am Saturday, December 7, as well as online. First 100 purchases at Uprise come with a free gift bag. There will also be a Shoe Release Jam at House of Vans Chicago later that evening, additional details below.
