A Ma Maniére is dropping a “Hand Wash Cold” edition of the Nike Air Max 95 in 2025, coinciding with the silhouette’s 30th anniversary.
This AM95 continues A Ma Maniére’s “Hand Wash Cold” series, which began in 2019 with their first Nike Air Force 1 project. Hand Wash Cold is also the name of the Whitaker Group retailer’s social outreach program, built on the ethos of “outreach, care, impact, and support of people and communities with dignity, honor, and respect.”
The shoe comes in a darker palette than the “W.Y.W.S” colorway from 2024, though it retains the violet and burgundy theme that A Ma Maniére is known for. It also features a different mix of materials than its predecessor, with the top layers of the wavy upper made of nubuck, then transitioning to leather closer to the midsole.
As an added touch, a series of laundry symbols are stamped onto the medial heel, connecting to the “Hand Wash Cold” theme. Other details include an embroidered Swoosh on the lateral heel and A Ma Maniére branding embroidered on the tongue badges and toe caps.
