Meet the new colorways of the Adistar XLG 2.0, the runner that’s bringing all that exaggerated Y2K energy to your rotation without the premium price tag attached.

Nicknamed the “Squid” by Upscale Vandal when it was first unveiled at ComplexCon 2025, the Adistar XLG 2.0 is built on the bones of adidas’s classic Adistar running franchise, leaning all the way into the chunky silhouette era. Think oversized midsole, a perforated mesh upper laced with interwoven cage panels, and that unmistakable molded RPU structure that gives it a sculptural, almost creature-like presence on foot. Reflective details round things out for anyone who wants their kicks to catch light past sundown.

The Adistar XLG 2.0 shows up in six new colorways that span the full spectrum. From a blacked-out triple dark to a Hi-Res Blue that practically glows, to a Power Red and a chaotic Core Black/Frozen Lemon combo that feels ripped straight from a ’00s video game. There’s also a cleaner Off White/Grey Strata option for those who prefer to keep it understated, and a classic Off White/Off White/Core Black build.

Adiprene cushioning in the heel keeps comfort in the conversation, and with men’s and women’s sizing covered across the lineup, there’s a colorway for whoever’s reaching for it.
