Earlier this year, adidas Originals reintroduced the adidas Streetball, an outdoor basketball silhouette that debuted in 1992. To add to the nostalgia factor, the Streetball will be releasing in a colorway that resembles the black and pink “Blink” colorway of the Air Yeezy, released in 2009 when Kanye West was still with Nike.
The 2019 adidas Streetball is a modern-day upgrade to the early 90s silhouette, incorporating the latest technology such as the ultra-light LIGHTSTRIKE midsole cushioning. This colorway of the adidas Streetball features a black leather upper with grey suede overlays. Pink inner lining and a glow-in-the-dark outsole give off the “Blink” vibes.
