Earlier this year, Edison Chen’s CLOT and A BATHING APE came together for a collection of footwear and apparel, marking their first collaboration since 2005. We won’t have to wait another twenty years for their next collab, as the two streetwear brands have already announced a follow-up collection for Summer 2025
The new collection features graphic tees, trucker hats, and BAPE STA sneakers, all adorned with a collaborative camouflage pattern that combines CLOT’s signature ALIENEGRA thorn motif with BAPE’s classic DIGITAL CAMO and TRIAL CAMO. This fresh interpretation of camouflage artfully balances color proportions and depth, creating a visually dynamic effect where the thorn motif appears to float above the BAPE camouflage background, embodying a bold and fearless creative spirit.
Following an early launch at the CLOT London pop-up earlier this month, the collection is now set to launch globally. Headlining the new offering is the CLOT BAPE STA, offered in grey and green colorways, each entirely covered in the collaborative camo pattern, except on the clean white STA logos on the side panels and white midsoles underfoot.
Two different graphics appear on the accompanying tees, each available in black and white colorways. One design features BAPE’s classic APE HEAD logo, while the other features CLOT STA branding, available exclusively via JUICE STORE. Rounding out the collection are the trucker hats, featuring BAPE STA branding on the green colorway and CLOT STA branding on the grey colorway.
