The bold, oversized Knu Skool meets A BATHING APE‘s signature camo and iconic “STA” logo in a new collaboration between Vans and the Japanese streetwear icon.
BAPE’s take on the late ’90s Knu Skool silhouette features canvas uppers, with one pair dressed in green, pink, and purple camo prints and the other in a split black camo and black-and-white checkerboard design. Overlays come in black suede, while the side panels features puffy 3D versions of BAPE’s signature star-shaped “STA” logo and the classic Vans Sidestripe.
Other modifications made to the silhouette include shark tooth detailing on the midsole toe bumper, A BATHING APE branding on the rubber sidewalls, registered trademark symbols on the back of the heels, metallic APE HEAD lace dubraes, and icy outsoles with a checkerboard pattern underneath.
