BEAMS and ARC’TERYX are celebrating 25 years of collaboration with a new anniversary collection that also marks BEAMS’ 50th anniversary. Dubbed “KOYO” (Autumn Leaves), the six-piece range draws inspiration from Japan’s changing seasons, bringing the colors and atmosphere of autumn to a lineup spanning outerwear, apparel, and gear.
The collection combines BEAMS’ signature orange with ARC’TERYX’s BLAZE and 24K colorways, alongside deeper autumnal tones. The palette is applied through bold, reworked crazy patterns, giving the collection a cohesive look designed to be worn together as a system.
Leading the collection is the THETA AR JACKET, which revisits the original model from 1998 with details including the center flap, pocket zipper covers, and old-style pull tabs. The updated version uses GORE-TEX PRO ePE and features BLAZE and BEAMS orange color blocking, a tricolor zipper inspired by changing autumn leaves, and an anniversary logo inside.
The GAMMA JACKET and GAMMA 5 PANEL CAP mark the first collaborations between BEAMS and ARC’TERYX on the respective silhouettes. The Gamma Jacket pairs a BEAMS orange body with BLAZE detailing and 24K logo embroidery, while the cap uses recycled Aequora AirPerm material with 24K branding.
The JOGEN PANTS are newly developed utility cargo pants based on one of BEAMS’ long-running models. Named after a bouldering problem at Ogawayama in Japan, the pants use a durable cotton-nylon blend and come in regular and short lengths.
Rounding out the collection are the KRAGG COTTON LS SHIRT, featuring graphics highlighting six past BEAMS anniversary products, and the KONSEAL 15 BACKPACK, which uses brown Hadron fabric with BEAMS orange zipper accents and subtle 24K co-branding.
The anniversary extends beyond the collection itself with “NOW / THEN,” a special exhibition showcasing 25 years of ARC’TERYX and BEAMS collaborations. The archive-focused exhibition will connect past projects with the current collection and will be held in New York and Japan.
Customers who purchase from the collection will also receive a limited-edition booklet documenting the “KOYO” range and the history of the two brands’ collaboration, while supplies last.
