Blu Boy, an artist and fashion designer from Atlanta and contestant on HBO Max’s The Hype Season 1, has teamed up with True Religion to release a collaborative apparel collection.
Consisting of denim trucker jackets, jeans, crop tops, tees, and crewnecks, the collection features Blu’s original graphics and playful reinterpretations of True Religion’s logos. The trucker jacket, available in three colorways, is covered in various patches that incorporate Blu’s ghost character. There’s a True Religion buddha with a ghost guitar, ghost sunflowers with chenille centers, and ghost horseshoes, to name a few. Other motifs include Blu’s “Art Is War” motto and a Blu name tag patch. Other tops feature the True Religion buddha surrounded by ghost puff print graphics.
The Blu Boy x True Religion collection launches on Friday, October 29th on the True Religion website. Check out the lookbook photos below.
