Marc Jacobs is celebrating the 40th anniversary of his eponymous label in 2024. The festivities include the release of limited edition product in partnership with special collaborators such as Pharrell Williams, Takashi Murakami, Denim Tears, NIGO, and more.

Cactus Plant Flea Market’s contribution to the festivities is a reinterpretation of the smiley sweater from Marc’s iconic 1985 Sketchbook collection, now featuring CPFM’s signature double vision motif. It comes in yellow mohair with black double vision smileys across the front and back.
Jacobs originally designed this sweater as part of a collection for Sketchbook, an NYC-based clothing label under Reuben Thomas, Inc., at the age of 22. This was Marc Jacobs’ first collection ever, created while Jacobs was still attending Parsons School of Design, before he founded his eponymous label.
