South Central Los Angeles-based Crenshaw Skate Club is back with the launch of its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, offering a new seasonal range of streetwear essentials, including tees, varsity and work jackets, and accessories.
The first drop of the season introduces the brand’s new “Skate To Empower” graphic, printed on black and grey tees. Inspired by the Black Panther movement, the design features a vintage photo paired with a Fred Hampton quote — “I am a revolutionary.” Together, these elements reflect CSC’s mission to empower and uplift communities through skate culture.
A standout from the collection is the varsity jacket, which combines a cream wool body, deep blue leather sleeves, and red detailing—a color scheme reminiscent of some of Los Angeles’ iconic sports teams. Meanwhile, the work jacket is dyed in a red, black, and green camouflage, drawing from David Hammons’ African American Flag as a nod to pride, resilience, and creative resistance.
The accompanying campaign was shot in New York City during Crenshaw Skate Club’s annual cross-country trip, which brings core and young skaters from South Central LA to experience East Coast culture firsthand.
“Shooting at legendary spots like the Brooklyn Banks, places we once dreamed about as kids, felt like a full-circle moment,” says Tobey McIntosh, Founder of Crenshaw Skate Club. “These photos don’t just showcase clothes; they capture the evolution of a community.”
