Steph Curry had a monster season this year. Not only did he add a ring and Finals MVP to his accolades, but he also broke the all-time 3-point record. To celebrate this historic achievement, Under Armour and Curry Brand are launching a “2974” colorway of the Curry Flow 9.
This is the same colorway worn by Steph on December 14th when he broke the 3-point record. The Curry Flow 9 “2974” features a teal UA Warp upper with gold accents mixed in throughout. The UA Flow midsole features a speckled section on the lateral forefoot, though the rest of it comes in white. Additional details include a metallic gold Curry logo near the heel and a “2974” tag on the collar, nodding to how many 3-pointers Curry made in his career to break the record.
Curry Brand originally released this shoe in NFT form back in December to commemorate the milestone. The 2,974 Genesis Curry Flow NFTs minted marked the first ever digital good released by Under Armour. Each digital shoe can be worn in three pre-programmed gaming ecosystems: Gala Games, Decentraland, and Sandbox. Now, Under Armour is giving fans the opportunity to own the shoe in real life.
