Following a reveal of the collection’s Ultraboost, Extra Butter officially unveils its complete Happy Gilmore 25th Anniversary collection in collaboration with adidas Golf.
This collaboration is inspired by the personalities of the film’s three main characters — Chubbs, Shooter, & Happy — and includes on and off course adidas products. The official lookbook features actor Christopher McDonald to reprise his role as the legendary Shooter McGavin, along with a new generation of golf talent from Roger Steele, PK Subban and Tania Tare, who are all part of the adidas family.
The UltraBOOST 1.0 takes inspiration from the cocksure Shooter McGavin. A yellow upper equipped with white details, this colorway nods to McGavin’s signature “shooter” finger point with a detail on the mudguard and has a full-color print of him on the insoles. The new take on the adidas Golf‘s ZG21 performance shoe is derived from Happy’s mentor Chubbs. The white crocodile material and grey heel guard provide a slick cleat for the links. Happy Gilmore, the main character, is represented on the adilette BOOST Slide. The golf course green color makes the slides pop, a special 25th anniversary stamp on the footbeds, and a full-length BOOST footbed will have your body thanking you after a game of 18 holes.
The full Extra Butter x Happy Gilmore Collection releases exclusively in-store at both Extra Butter locations, their online store, and the Extra Butter mobile app on Friday, June 25th.
