Following an early look, Japanese designer Tetsu “Tet” Nishiyama and his label FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS (FPAR) officially announce their upcoming collaboration with Nike SB on the Blazer Low. This is the second time FPAR and Nike SB have come together, following their Dunk High collab in 2019.
The FPAR Blazer Low comes in two colorways, Cool Grey/Wolf Grey and Khaki/Rattan, each featuring a tonal look and smooth nubuck construction. While they may appear fairly plain at first glance, Tet has added quite a few nuanced details to the pairs. The Swoosh, tongue, and heel panel feature a honeycomb-like patterned texture, while the ollie zone is reinforced with python print synthetic leather. Looking at the tongue tags, custom font is used for Nike SB branding, while the left tongue tag is flipped inside out. Additional details include removable medallion lace dubraes that read “FPAR” and “Nike” and star-embossed toe grips.
The FPAR x Nike SB Blazer Low will be available in both colorways on the FPAR online store on December 17th and at select skateshops on December 18th. The grey colorway will see a SNKRS release on December 20th. Check out both pairs below.
