Original Story (07/23/25): Montreal-based design studio JJJJound has once again teamed up with Salomon Sportstyle, this time to rework the beloved XT-6 silhouette.
Following their debut collab in 2023 on the XT-Wings 2, the duo returns with two fresh colorways of Salomon’s popular trail-runner-turned-lifestyle model. One arrives in a stealthy mix of dark grey mesh, black TPU overlays, and red accents. The other breaks from JJJJound’s signature minimalism, opting for a bold blue upper with yellow TPU and red detailing — a vibrant palette that matches the colors of the XT-6’s tongue strip, while also reminiscent of classic X-Men uniforms. JJJJound branding appears on the aforementioned tongue strip, as well as on the medial heels.
Performance tech remains intact, with features like the EndoFit internal sleeve for a secure fit, a SensiFit cradle on the upper that wraps the foot from midsole to laces, a protective toecap, and signature Quicklace lacing system with storage pocket on the tongue.

Update (07/29/25): Both colorways of the JJJJound x Salomon XT-6 drop Thursday, August 7th at 9am ET on the JJJJound website and the Salomon website in the US and Europe. A global release will follow on August 8th via Salomon and select retailers. Check out the product images below.
