KEEN builds on the legacy of its UNEEK line with the arrival of the UNEEK 360, a fresh take on the brand’s distinctive open-air sneaker. Staying true to the “Two cords, one sole” DNA, this latest version takes the design further with a modular build and solvent-free construction, supporting KEEN’s Detox the Planet initiative.
Rather than relying on traditional adhesives, the UNEEK 360 is held together through a cord-based assembly. By removing glue from the equation, KEEN eliminates solvents commonly used in footwear manufacturing, making this the brand’s first solvent-free shoe. The sustainability story continues through the materials: the engineered knit upper and cords are made from recycled P.E.T. plastics derived from recycled plastic bottles. The bungee cord and lace-lock toggle system allows for quick adjustments and a secure fit.
Functionally, the UNEEK 360 maintains KEEN’s comfort-focused approach. The sneaker features the brand’s Original Fit, providing ample room in the forefoot for natural toe movement, paired with a contoured arch for midfoot support. Underfoot, an injected foam midsole and resilient foam insole deliver lightweight cushioning designed for everyday wear. A higher-traction, rugged foam outsole adds durability and grip without weighing the shoe down. The design is finished with KEEN’s Eco Anti-Odor technology, which uses natural probiotics for pesticide-free odor control.
The KEEN UNEEK 360 drops February 13th through the KEEN website (12pm ET) and select retailers in both men’s and women’s sizes. Check out the launch colorways below.
