Following an early look at the KF Microbounce T1, we now have a reveal of the entire Kerwin Frost x adidas Originals SS22 collection.
With this collection, the eccentric Harlem-born entertainer continues to deliver wacky designs with the Three Stripes, in line with previous drops like the Yeti Tracksuit and the haunting “Humanchive” Forum Hi. Frost draws inspiration from the entire universe in this drop — the cosmos in the sky, the arctic winds, the land we walk on, the animals we’ve evolved from, the simplicity of childhood, the work-life balance of adulthood, and the freedom of expression of all people.
The collection features four matching sets, include a turf print blazer and short combo, a second blazer/short combo in a split black and heather grey color scheme, a light blue tracksuit starring Lakeith the Space Dog, and a galaxy-themed tracksuit. Rounding out the apparel is a “Legalize Music” tee/tank top combo. Accompanying the footwear is two bold colorways of the Kerwin Frost x adidas Microbounce T1.
The campaign for the collection stars some of Kerwin’s closest pals, including AssPizza, Teezo Touchdown, Mac Demarco, Tim Robinson, Kilo Kish, Gabbriette, Justine Skye, and RXK Nephew.
The Kerwin Frost x adidas Originals SS22 collection launches on July 13th on adidas.com and at select retailers. Check out the campaign imagery and product shots below. Look for Kerwin to debut his FW22 collection at New York Fashion Week later this year.
