Original Story (04/30/25): New Balance is set to release a new silhouette dubbed the 204L and has enlisted Kith as the first collaborator to bring energy to the model.
The New Balance 204L is a flat-soled, low-profile silhouette, offering a similar aesthetic to models like the RC42 and Miu Miu 530 SL. Kith’s version features a silver mesh upper paired with synthetic overlays in grey, dark teal, and minty green. Kith branding appears on the lateral heels and insoles, while underfoot sits a cream midsole and black rubber outsole.
This 204L will mark Ronnie Fieg’s fourth New Balance project of 2025, following the release of the “Osaka” and 997.5 “Easter” packs, and the soon-to-be-released Kith NB 2010.

Update (07/16/25): The Kith x New Balance 204L will be available Friday, July 18th at Kith shops and at 11am ET on Kith.com and the Kith app. Raffles on the Kith app are now open. Each colorway is inspired by a different flower: Camellia, Sunburst, and Bluebell.
To celebrate the launch, there will be a special floral installation at PlantShed at the Kith Women Flagship Store in Manhattan from July 18th-20th. Each person who purchases a pair at the flagship will receive a complimentary floral bouquet that is inspired by the specific colorway they purchase.
