Digital artist and designer Kodone is gearing up to release his long-anticipated Kodoneworld (u&me) collection early next month.
Seven out of the capsule’s eight pieces have been revealed thus far: a jacket, a hoodie, a crewneck sweatshirt, a tee, a plush, a bag, and a pair of sweatpants. The hoodie and tee are all cut and sew, meaning Kodone’s crew made them in-house and likely by hand. The “horrorcore” jacket features a red all-over-print of dismal figures, knives, and various off-putting scenes, while the hoodie and shirt feature Kodone branding and his signature cartoonish illustration style.
The crewneck seems to take a different, more refined, cubist approach to graphics, and the sweatpants feature a jumping stylized bunny figure. Finally, the bag takes the boldest approach of any piece of the collection so far with a custom-shaped zip compartment featuring his “skull bunny” character head.
Kodoneworld (u&me) releases via Kodone’s webstore on November 8th. You can preview the pieces revealed thus far down below in anticipation of the drop.
