Original Story (04/09/25): Limosine Skateboards has a Nike SB Dunk Low collab in the works inspired by American football.
The skate brand—known for its raw, irreverent spirit—pulls from classic gridiron aesthetics for its first-ever project with Nike SB. The pair is designed to resemble an actual football, featuring brown pebbled leather uppers, football lace overlays on the tongues, and even inflation valve eyelets.
Limosine adds its logo to the lateral heels, while the back of the shoes feature “LIMO” and “NIKE” branding. The Dunk also features the brand’s Paymaster character on the medial side of the left shoe and “PAYMASTER” embossed on the medial of the right shoe, a nod to the title of Limosine’s first skate video released in 2021.
The Limosine Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low is expected to drop this summer on SNKRS and at select skate shops. Grab an early look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
Update (09/01/25): The Limo SB Dunk Low drops September 2nd at 10am PT on the Limosine Skateboards website, followed by a release at local skate shops on September 4th and SNKRS on September 6th, coinciding with the start of the NFL season.
New details revealed in the official images include 3M accents on the Swooshes, blue insoles inspired by insoles used in football cleats, and six different lace options (black, orange, green, silver 3M, white flat, and white round). The name of Limosine founder Max Palmer also appears on the Zoom Air cushion pods on the insoles. Check out the official images below.
