The Louis Vuitton Tatic Runner made its debut at Virgil Abloh’s Spring/Summer 2022 show in Miami—presented just days after his passing, transforming the runway into a powerful tribute to his legacy. The moment marked the end of an era and left a lasting imprint on fashion and sneaker culture. Now, under the direction of Pharrell Williams, the silhouette returns for LV’s Spring/Summer 2026 Men’s Pre-Collection.
Reintroduced for the season, the Tatic Runner is crafted from a mix of technical mesh and suede calf leather, blending performance-driven materials with luxury execution. Up close, the design leans into late ’90s trail-runner aesthetics, pairing breathable panels with layered technical construction and oversized LV Initials stamped across the lateral side. It’s a dense, detail-heavy build that rewards a second look.
Underfoot, the lugged outsole delivers both visually and functionally—chunky, grippy, and surprisingly lightweight—while “VUITTON” branding runs along the midsole as a subtle mark of house identity.
The silhouette arrives in five colorways. White keeps things clean and tonal, while Black leans into a stealthy palette with reflective accents. Blue mixes navy overlays with light grey mesh for a balanced contrast, Anthracite introduces neon green and aqua hits for added energy, and Grey is paired with a tan gum outsole for a more grounded finish.
