adidas Originals and Metallica have linked up for their first-ever collaboration, timed to the band’s “Life Burns Faster” residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas. The range spans men’s, women’s and kids’ sizing, with select styles exclusive to The Sphere.
The apparel splits between two looks. One set of pullover hoodies keep things minimal, with a small Metallica wordmark on the chest and a larger one on the back with “LIFE BURNS FASTER” script down the back. The tee lineup leans more classic band merch: a white ringer tee with black three-stripe sleeves and a red Metallica logo, a red-and-black raglan version of the same, and a black tee printed with an illustrated skull graphic. The collection folds the Trefoil into Metallica’s branding and imagery, including graphics made specifically for the residency, with tour dates worked into the pieces themselves. Long-sleeve tees and a tank top round out the rest of the range.
The Metallica residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas runs October 1, 2026 through March 13, 2027 across 24 shows. The band is bringing its “No Repeat Weekend” format to the venue, swapping the setlist for every Thursday and Saturday date and pairing each show with The Sphere’s 360-degree visuals and sound. adidas is also giving fans a shot at signed Metallica merch and tickets to five shows during the run, through adiClub and the CONFIRMED app.
