California-based fashion label Nahmias and PUMA are linking up for the first time for a Suede capsule that draws from the brand’s West Coast roots and surf lifestyle.
First unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, the collaborative footwear plays with summery aesthetics and a vintage look, emphasizing texture and material contrast. The “Vintage Red” colorway arrives with a white suede upper and red accents, while the “Vintage Black” gets an all-black look. Both Vintage colorways feature distressed leather Formstrips, as well as beaded lace add-ons, channelling the friendship bracelet-making activity that occurs during heartfelt summer nights.
Lastly, the “Crochet” colorway comes dressed in a soft pink hue with crocheted Formstrip logos on the side panels. All three pairs feature asymmetrical suede toe overlays, exposed foam edges, and “Lets Be Friends” messaging hidden on the sockliner.
The Nahmias x PUMA Suede capsule will be available February 12th at an exclusive event hosted by Nahmias and PUMA at Maxfield in Los Angeles. A wider release will follow on February 13th on the PUMA website (10am ET), as well as at select retailers. Check out all three colorways below.
