Original Story (07/07/25): Interviewer extraordinaire Nardwuar the Human Serviette has teamed up with Nike SB to release his own iteration of the Dunk Low.
Known for his eccentric interviews with artists from across the music industry—from Kurt Cobain to Travis Scott—Nardwuar is a journalist from Vancouver, British Columbia and frontman of the garage rock band The Evaporators. His interviews are characterized by in-depth research, unexpected gifts, and obscure facts that often surprise or impress the guest.
Nardwuar’s SB Dunk Low is covered in tartan print, like many pieces in Nardwuar’s wardrobe, including his signature tam o’ shanter cap and Nike Air Max Plus sneakers. Other details on the shoe include a black Swoosh and midsole, a pom-pom lace attachment and four extra lace options, Nardwuar’s face printed on the insole, and his signature “Doot doola doot doo” sign-off on the heels and outsoles.
