While most of the shoe’s in the 1985 “Be True To Your School” were collegiate colorways of the Dunk High, the Georgetown Hoyas decided to be unique and received their own colorway of the Nike Terminator instead. However, Nike is now bringing “Georgetown” vibes back and is doing so on the Dunk Low silhouette.
This Dunk Low features the same color blocking as the OG “Georgetown” Terminator, with smooth grey leather used for the base and a dark navy hue used for the overlays. Nike also recently released a Women’s “Georgetown” Dunk Low, though that one featured a reverse color blocking.
According to Finish Line’s release calendar, the Nike Dunk Low “Georgetown” is currently slated to release on September 2nd (right before the “Villanova” Dunk High on Sept 3rd). Check out official images below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for any updates.
Update: The Georgetown-themed Dunk Low, officially called “Championship Grey,” drops on October 15th on SNKRS and select retailers.
