The relationship between Nike and LeBron James spans about 17 years now, with a new model in LeBron’s signature line every year. In the seventh year of their relationship, Nike and James struck gold with the LeBron 7, one of the most highly-regarded models in the line. About 10 years after it’s debut, Nike is giving the Lebron 7s the retro treatment with the “Red Carpet” colorway that was first seen on Lebron back in 2009 when the Cavaliers played the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
The colorway remains unchanged from the original with its white leather base, black woven panels, and Glass Blue and Chilling Red accents. Completing the look is the full-length Air Max unit with a Glass Blue interior.
The Lebron 7 “Red Carpet” is set to release on October 29th at Nike.com for $200 USD. Take a look at the official and on-feet photos below.
