Eight teams from around the league showcase their values and culture.

Nike, MLB, and Fanatics have launched a new wave of City Connect jerseys for the 2026 season, with designs shaped by the places, people, and history that define each club.

Eight MLB clubs partnered closely with Nike to create uniforms that reflect their identity with clarity and purpose: the Atlanta Braves, Baltimore Orioles, Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, Pittsburgh Pirates, San Diego Padres, and Texas Rangers. Each team explored its values, mottos, and regional influences to create a uniform rooted in emotional connection and cultural authenticity.

The Nike 2026 MLB City Connect jerseys and matching fan gear are available now on Nike.com, Fanatics.com, MLBShop.com, at club team stores, and at select retailers such as Lids and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Check out the full lineup and learn more about each design below.

Atlanta Braves

– The Atlanta Braves Nike MLB City Connect uniform is inspired by and represents Atlanta and the Braves through two core themes: innovation and access. As the first major professional sports team in the South, the club has a longstanding impact across the Southeast and beyond.

– The Braves 2026 City Connect design is a nod to the club’s classic 1980s powder blue uniforms, harking back to a time when Braves baseball was a national fixture in households across the country on the superstation. The uniforms have been remixed for the next generation, just as BravesVision will be a new era of club-owned broadcasting for today’s Braves fans.

– Paying homage to the team’s history in Atlanta, the jersey’s primary color is a brighter version of the fan-favorite powder blue and features an updated “Atlanta” script logo. The inclusion of red piping alongside the blues throughout the uniform marries vintage style with today’s team colors.

– Design elements recall the classic superstation era, including a new “ATL” block-letter sleeve patch reminiscent of the old logo and a 3D “ATLANTA BRAVES” wordmark placed near the jock tag.

– The V-neck jersey was chosen with input from the players to maximize comfort and performance.

– A powder blue cap with a blue bill, red piping and updated 3D Cooperstown “a” logo complements the new City Connect jersey.

Baltimore Orioles

– The Baltimore Orioles Nike MLB City Connect uniform brings the spirit of Baltimore’s beloved stoops straight to the one place they all call home: Camden Yards.

– On Eutaw Street, brass plaques stamp the exact landing spots of home runs that soared over the right field flag court. The uniform’s sleeve patch is inspired by these iconic ballmarkers — tradition stitched right on the sleeve.

– BMORE reps every neighborhood in Baltimore. The Oriole Bird is perched proudly atop BMORE, front and center — right where it belongs.

– For over three decades, the historic 19th-century scoreboard clock has kept watch, its swirling wrought-iron work bringing just the right amount of charm and whimsy. Now featured on the jock tag, the clock is a symbol of the Orioles’ timeless ballpark and the city’s enduring spirit.

– Orange trim on the sleeves and pants draws inspiration from the brickwork that defines the Orioles’ iconic warehouse and the row homes that shape their city.

– Inspired by the 1890s Baltimore Baseball Club, the Camden “B” is a symbol of Baltimore’s rich baseball history. The mark was built into their end seats when Camden Yards first opened, connecting today’s fans to generations of baseball that came before.

Cincinnati Reds

– The 2026 Cincinnati Reds Nike MLB City Connect uniform evolves the energetic vibe established in the team’s inaugural City Connect edition while embracing the color that defines the franchise.

– The uniform seamlessly blends the club’s traditional identity with a renewed style, incorporating the best elements from the first City Connect edition.

– A perennial favorite among both Reds fans and players alike, pinstripes are revived as a classic element in a modernized tone-on-tone style.

– A nod to the popular vest-style jersey last worn by the Reds two decades ago, the sleeve in this City Connect uniform is a darker shade of red, and the jersey’s pinstripes are intentionally cut off at the shoulder.

– A sleeve graphic features the iconic Tyler Davidson Fountain that serves as the heart of the city and begins flowing each year around opening day.

Kansas City Royals

– The Kansas City Royals Nike MLB City Connect “Forever Fountains” uniform celebrates a community defined by honor, resilience and optimism. It reflects who Kansas City is, what it stands for and the future it’s committed to winning, while capturing the youthful energy of seeing a MLB field for the first time, feeling the Fountain Spectacular’s spray and watching fireworks after a Royals win.

– A bold gradient color treatment draws from the City of Fountains logo adopted by City Hall in 1991, with fuchsia representing the vibrant spirit of Kansas City’s people and blue representing the city’s iconic fountains.

– The updated “R” logo nods to the Royals’ original 1969 mark, blending the club’s heritage with a fresh, modern tradition.

– A heart logo highlights Kansas City’s place as the nation’s heartland, reflecting the generosity, welcoming spirit and dignity of its people.

Milwaukee Brewers

– From the Driftless to the Third Coast, it’s not just where they live; it’s how they live. Beer gardens, fish boils, supper clubs. There’s nothing like it. The Brewers MLB City Connect uniform is here to celebrate the entire Badger State, with details that honor the place the club calls home.

– The base color embraces Wisconsin’s natural beauty with endless shorelines, lakes and rivers. Whether it’s kayaking the Milwaukee River, casting a line in Eagle River or drilling through the ice on Lake Mendota, a body of water is never still in Wisconsin.

– The cream accent color recalls the sandy shores of inland lakes, beaches of Door County on Lake Michigan and the state’s iconic sandstone bluffs.

– Wisconsin residents live for the sun hanging low after a long day out on the lake. Oranges, yellows and blues put on a show to cap off summer nights. The gradient used throughout the wordmark, sleeve patch and number trims highlights Wisconsin’s beautiful summers and watercolor sunsets, from the Northwoods to the shores of Lake Michigan to the stern bluffs of the state.

– Tradition is reimagined through the “Wisco” wordmark and “Brewers” jock tag, with script font paying homage to the American Association Milwaukee Brewers baseball club of the early 20th century, melded with the classic aesthetics of Wisconsin supper clubs and brewery label art.

– Connecting to Wisconsin’s rich fishing culture, a new mark on the jock tag is a reinvention of the grill patch from the first Brewers City Connect uniform. A bobber and a baseball — perfectly afloat — showcase Wisconsin’s other favorite pastime.

– A drive through central Wisconsin shows how important fields and farms are to the state’s identity. The uniform’s shoulder-sleeve and pant braid are a nod to the industries that power the Brewers state and their namesake brewing industry.

– Featuring a revitalized Barrelman inspired by the American Association Milwaukee Brewers and a full Wisconsin state outline, the sleeve patch showcases the Brewers fandom across every county in the state while introducing a fresh take on Barrelman’s iconic look.

– “Forward,” Wisconsin’s state motto, is proudly displayed on the uniform collar as a commitment to progress, innovation and looking toward the future while building on the state’s heritage.

Pittsburgh Pirates

– The Pittsburgh Pirates Nike MLB City Connect uniform embraces the city’s unmistakable black and gold identity, celebrating a unified visual language shared across Pittsburgh’s sports culture.

– Gold is a color that runs through the veins of Pittsburghers. It’s more than a color to them; it’s part of their identity, it’s part of their story, and it connects them to their team and their region. They are gold-blooded.

– The wordmark introduces a classic, rugged pirate style that is rooted in tradition while remaining bold on the field. The base of the font design mirrors the design of the “sister bridges,” including the iconic Roberto Clemente Bridge, a primary connection from the North Shore to the city of Pittsburgh.

– A sharp red accent adds a modern touch of freshness while maintaining the red bandana design on the Jolly Roger without disrupting the city’s iconic color palette.

– Subtle detailing throughout the uniform reflects the grit, toughness and pride that define Pittsburgh and its people.

– The emblem donned on the sleeve and the hat is rooted in tradition. The logo is inspired by the history of the team, the spirit of a pirate, and the idea that they all raise the Jolly Roger together.

San Diego Padres

– The San Diego Padres Nike MLB City Connect uniform is a continued celebration of the club’s binational region, culture and traditions. The Padres continue to be inspired by their vibrant landscape, the coastline with its stunning sunsets, and their active lifestyle. They are proud of their rich culture and history, and these uniforms showcase and honor their traditions and families. They are proud of their binational fan base and the region they call home.

– Dia de los Muertos is about remembering and celebrating loved ones. The Padres honor the traditions and families with a La Catrina patch on the sleeve, an iconic symbol of this holiday and celebration of those they hold dear. She is adorned with a traditional floral crown, surrounded by ofrenda candles and set against the aqua backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.

– Featuring a bone crown, obsidian bill and floral pattern on the interior, the hat design is a nod to one of the greatest rosters the Padres has ever had as well as legends taken too soon.

– A marigold pattern is sublimated on the trim of the sleeves and the braids on the bone-colored pants. This flower is quintessential to Dia de los Muertos and symbolizes joy and the beauty of life.

– Evocative of San Diego’s vibrant landscape, rich culture, history and traditions, the colors — bone, obsidian, marigold, aqua, Fireberry and Padres gold — come together in one uniform.

– The papel picado celebrates the history of the Padres franchise and region they call home, using logos from the past that pay tribute to their teams, players and faithful fans.

Texas Rangers

– This is a Texas story. This year’s City Connect uniform reimagines familiar elements of past Rangers looks while celebrating the Mexican influence woven into the state’s identity — and into the name the team proudly represents. Whether pronounced with an X or a J, the uniform underscores a shared pride in calling Tejas home.

– With a letter style inspired by Rangers uniforms from the ‘80s, the name across the front celebrates “Tejas,” a word rooted in the Caddo language meaning “friend” — a reminder that Texans are united, and that baseball welcomes everyone into that friendship.

– The return of the beloved red uniform is reimagined with cochineal red, a sacred crimson dye derived from the cochineal insect and deeply significant in Mexican culture, both historically and symbolically.

– The classic block T on the cap, dating back to the team’s origin in 1972, is reimagined with a raised weave that honors the rich motifs and craftsmanship of Mexican artistry.

– The iconic state shape appears on the sleeve in papel picado, an homage to the traditional Mexican folk art of cutting intricate designs into colorful tissue paper, symbolizing celebration and joy.

– Mariachi is a staple of Rangers home games. The interlocking T and fill patterns draw inspiration from the intricate embroidery found on the Mariachi de Los Texas Rangers trajes, designed to honor the style of the charros.

– The jock tag graphic reflects a rallying cry grounded in Texas identity and pride, and the name of the team’s lively post‑game celebrations. Long live Texas!

– The debossed charro‑inspired pattern on the belt nods to the traditions and style of the vaquero (Mexican cowboy), whose influence shaped ranching, horsemanship and cowboy identity in both Mexico and Texas.
