Nike Basketball’s latest pack is built on a concept every serious hooper understands: the grind nobody witnesses. The “Unseen Hours” Pack pulls together three performance silhouettes in colorways that are anything but low-key.
Starting with the Nike Ja 3 “At Dawn,” which is the most narrative-driven of the three. The colorway is a direct nod to Ja Morant’s pre-sunrise gym sessions during his come-up — the kind that made him who he is before anyone was watching. Deep orange anchors the ZoomX-cushioned sole, bleeding upward through a muted blue-gray zone before hitting a saturated pink at the collar. Black tiger-stripe overlays cut across the upper with a bolt of cyan on the Swoosh to tie it all together.
Next is the Nike GT Cut 1 in a Dylan Harper player-exclusive version of the silhouette. The San Antonio Spurs rookie gets his own mark on the heel, while the rest of the shoe is a full-spectrum situation: an orange mesh upper layered over a midsole that cycles through green, teal, blue, and purple. Pink laces, a speckled navy towards the heel of the midsole, and a green hit towards the toe make sure no corner of the shoe goes unnoticed.
Then there’s the GT Future, going in a completely different direction. The molded shell that defines the silhouette is dressed in a shifting electric-blue-to-deep-violet finish that changes with the light. Sitting on the black outsole, the whole thing reads like something that belongs as much in a display case as on court.
This pack is also being called the “Tri-State” pack, with the GT Future and Ja 3 featuring nods to the Tri-State area, adorned with a NY/NJ/CT logo, hidden area codes, and special graphics on the insoles.
