Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals are expanding the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish lineup with two new colorways, “Red” and “Storm,” arriving just in time for fall. The latest release continues the evolution of the oversized futuristic silhouette, bringing two contrasting looks to one of the partnership’s most recognizable designs.
The “Red” colorway makes a bold statement with a predominantly red upper, contrasting black Three Stripes, and blue glow-in-the-dark molded TPU overlays inspired by the gills of a jellyfish. Pharrell first previewed the pair in October 2025, and it now joins the franchise’s growing lineup of limited and global releases.
“Storm” takes a darker approach, combining shades of grey with black, steel blue, and volt green accents. The colorway first received an early release in Los Angeles during ComplexCon weekend, following previous appearances by the VIRGINIA IMPORTED FROM VIRGINIA truck at major events.
Both pairs retain the Adistar Jellyfish’s signature construction, built around a flowing midsole inspired by the movement of a jellyfish, an engineered mesh upper, and a sculptural cage that gives the shoe its distinctive layered profile. Glow-in-the-dark details add another futuristic touch, continuing a signature feature of the franchise.
The releases also extend Pharrell’s broader VIRGINIA creative platform, which brings together fashion, design, music, and community through his ongoing partnership with adidas Originals.
