Pharrell Williams has designed multiple silhouettes with adidas, most recently the Humanrace Sičhona and the Hu NMD S1 RYAT. Before those was the Hu NMD, now returning in a new Animal Print “Orange” iteration.
When Pharrell first debuted the Hu NMD in 2016, the possibilities became endless on a design that was distinctively Pharrell. The newest colorway sports an orange Primeknit textile upper accompanied by an embroidered cheetah-print pattern adding texture and deep colors to the silhouette. In theme with Pharrell’s limitless imagination, the cheetah print harmoniously blends with a pink contrast while bright green laces and red sock liner add punchy accents. The silhouette sits on top of an orange BOOST sole fused to a translucent grey lace cage. As a final touch, Pharrell’s equality logo and the adidas Trefoil are debossed onto the reflect heel panels.
The Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD Animal Print “Orange” is set to release on June 25th on adidas.com, Confirmed, and at select retailers.
