Pharrell Williams is keeping the momentum going behind one of adidas’ biggest footwear success stories with a clean new take on the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish. Following a string of sold-out launches and last year’s Footwear News Shoe of the Year recognition, the silhouette returns in an all-new “Triple White” colorway, accompanied by a campaign starring adidas athlete and college football standout Jeremiah Smith of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Unlike previous colorways that relied on vibrant palettes, the “Triple White” strips the design back to its essentials. The monochromatic finish puts the silhouette’s unconventional shape front and center, highlighting the wave-like midsole inspired by the floating form of a jellyfish, layered mesh uppers, and the signature exoskeletal cage that wraps around the shoe. Hidden beneath the clean exterior is a glow-in-the-dark treatment, adding another playful detail once the lights go down.

The Pharrell x adidas VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish “Triple White” drops globally on August 1st via adidas.com/pharrell and select retailers. A draw is now live on the VIRGINIA website, with entries accepted until July 28th at 10am ET. The draw on the CONFIRMED app is also open, with entries accepted until 30 minutes before launch.
