Reebok has teamed up with three international sneaker shops for an “International Food” collection that includes two Reebok Classics and a Club C Revenge.
asphaltgold, a sneaker shop in Germany, takes on the Reebok Classic Nylon to honor their love of pizza. The shoe is equipped with subtle details related to pizza on the tongue, label, insoles, and laces. Even the packaging is pizza-themed — the pair comes in an exclusive calzone box with the motto “Sharing is caring” printed on it.
43einhalb, also in Germany, gets inspired by Panda Ruì Bù (Panda Reebok in English), son of Chinese immigrants who dreamt of becoming a chef in one of London’s finest restaurants to create a white and black Club C Revenge with an all-white upper and black suede stripes. It comes with black laces printed with the store’s logo and “The Cooking Panda,” with a panda chef on the tongue label. Finalizing the look is the shoebox in the form of a takeout box that comes with a menu and chopsticks.
Berlin’s Overkill took inspiration from Döner kebabs on their Reebok Classic Leather. The shoe features an all-black upper with kebab-themed branding on the tongue labels and insole. The shoebox comes wrapped in aluminum foil with kebab wrapping paper around the shoe itself.
