Earlier this year, LA-based streetwear brand Satoshi Nakamoto and OTW by Vans dropped their “Lucky Charms” Era 95, the latest in a series of highly coveted collaborations that rework classic silhouettes with jewel embellishments and distressed details. Like previous releases, the pair proved nearly impossible to secure, selling out instantly. Now, a second version is on the way, giving fans another shot—this time with a subtle design twist.

The upcoming “Round Jewel” edition of the “Lucky Charms” Vans Era 95 is almost indistinguishable from the original version. It features the same distressed black canvas uppers with hidden checkerboard print underlayer, paired with faux-aged midsoles with repeating Satoshi Nakamoto branding printed on the side walls. The key difference comes at the ankle collar: while the original used a mix of multi-shaped stones secured with prongs, this version swaps in uniform circular rhinestone rivets framed by metallic rings. The jewel colors and alternating sizing remain consistent across both iterations.

The original “Lucky Charms” release took place in February via a pop-up at the 424 store during NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles.

Huge crowds gathered outside the store, with reports of fights breaking out and police arriving on the scene. Satoshi Nakamoto shock-dropped pairs online as well, though they flew instantly. Luckily, this upcoming “Round Jewel” edition is said to have more stock than the original version, so it should be an easier cop this time around.

The Satoshi Nakamoto x Vans Era 95 “Round Jewel” is slated to drop in April 2026 on Vans.com and at select retailers. Grab an early look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
