Supreme Celebrates DJ Screw with New Collection

A tribute to the pioneer of Houston's "chopped and screwed" sound.

Supreme has teamed up with the estate of the legendary DJ Screw on a new Spring 2026 collection celebrating the life and legacy of the pioneer of Houston’s “chopped and screwed” sound.

Born Robert Earl Davis Jr., DJ Screw is known as “The Originator,” creating his own hip-hop subgenre by slowing down tracks and layering them with signature cuts, rewinds, and vocal distortions. His influence reshaped Southern rap and gave rise to the Screwed Up Click, a collective that helped bring Houston’s underground scene to a global audience. Through his iconic mixtapes and the founding of Screw Shop, Screw built a movement that continues to resonate across music and culture today.

The collection pays tribute to his legacy with a range of apparel and accessories featuring archival imagery, bold graphics, and references to his catalog. Pieces include Screwed Up Click football jerseys, “The Originator” zip-up hoodies and shorts, tees featuring the SUC logo on the front and a nod to Screw’s 1996 album 3 ‘N the Mornin’ (Part Two) on the back, and 5-panel caps with a bedazzled SUC and “Screw The World” wordmark. Paying homage to Houston’s car culture, the collection also includes a DJ Screw bobblehead by FOCO, dressed in a Supreme box logo tee.

The Supreme x DJ Screw collection drops April 2nd on the Supreme website and at Supreme locations. Available in Asia on April 4th. Check out the lookbook and preview below.
