Supreme’s SS19 Week 7 droplist features a collaborative collection with high-end French couturier Jean Paul Gaultier. The massive collection includes various types of jackets, pants, and accessories. The two have also collabed with Vans, creating an Era Pro and Chukka Pro, both dropping in two floral-printed colorways, with hoodies and sweatpants to match.
We obviously cannot ignore the tees included in this collection. The iconic box logo makes its return, this time in a spraypaint stencil variant, laid between JP Gaultier’s graffiti-style artwork and signature. Good luck copping one though, BOGO tees always sell out in seconds.
Jean Paul Gaultier has been in the fashion game for decades, having designed pieces for icons like Madonna and Cher. Madonna’s cone bra, first seen on her Blonde Ambition Tour in 1990, was a Gaultier design. 29 years later, and Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, is modeling for Supreme x Jean Paul Gaultier, reaching an entirely new generation.
The collection will be available Thursday April 11, 2019.
