Salomon is continuing its partnership with Paris retailer THE BROKEN ARM with the introduction of the Savát, a new silhouette that combines traditional shoemaking with technical footwear design.
Unlike previous projects centered on existing Salomon models, the Savát arrives as a new collaborative silhouette inspired by traditional handmade footwear. The upper is made from a single piece of leather. Its exposed seams leave the construction visible instead of hiding the work behind additional layers. Artisanal embroidery, clean lines, and a tongueless lacing system complete the design.
Underfoot, the shoe uses a sole unit inspired by the Salomon S/LAB Cross 2. A contrasting speckled outsole gives each pair a slightly different finish while maintaining the technical foundation associated with Salomon footwear.
Salomon is no longer viewed only as a performance brand from the outdoor world. It has become a regular part of fashion and sneaker culture, supported by strong products and collaborative partners that understand the brand’s identity. Salomon has built relationships with retailers, designers, and labels that appreciate technical design. THE BROKEN ARM x Salomon Savát arrives as technical footwear and luxury fashion continue to share more space. The Savát avoids oversized branding and unnecessary design elements. Instead, placing its attention on leather quality, visible construction, embroidery, and shape.
The “Cosmic Sky” colorway provides a lighter option, while “Black Olive” gives the silhouette a darker and more neutral appearance.
