Original Story (08/17/24): Jordan Brand’s release lineup for 2025 is shaping up to be one for the books. There are some major releases planned for the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1, with one of the biggest being a potential new collaboration between Travis Scott and Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design.
A new colorway of the Travis Scott x FRGMT x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is on the way, a follow-up to the first colorway released in 2021. This Travis Fragment Low is expected to come in a Sail, Black, Muslin, and Military Blue color scheme. While yet to be confirmed, it is possible that the shoe will look like the sample pair that Hiroshi Fujiwara was spotted wearing in 2021-2022.
The Travis Scott x FRGMT x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is expected to drop Fall 2025 on Travis Scott’s website. Check out the 2021 sample below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
Update (12/06/24): First look photos of the upcoming Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low OG have arrived. As expected, these come in the same blocking as the 2021 samples, though with a couple extra features. Cactus Jack and Fragment logos have been added to the heels and style code text appears on the lateral midsoles.
Update (05/31/25): New photos reveal a knotted lace lock that comes affixed to the shoe’s black laces.
Update (09/20/25): Cactus Jack has released an update on their new Fragment Jordan 1 Low collab. While initially expected to release today, the announcement post reads “THE STORY CONTINUES. NOVEMBER 2025.” The post also mentions Tokyo, possibly indicating some sort of special release in Japan. Stay tuned for more.
Update (11/05/25): Jordan Brand, Cactus Jack, and Fragment are hosting a special event in Japan for the launch of their AJ1 Low collab. “Hijacked: A Tokyo Bay Takeover” is going down November 7th at Yokohama Hammerhead. Check out the official images below.
Update (11/13/25): Following the Tokyo pop-up, the global online release for the Travis Scott x FRGMT x Air Jordan 1 Low OG will take place exclusively on Travis Scott’s website. A raffle will be going live on November 15th at noon PT, while apparel collections in collaboration with Takashi Murakami, Fragment, and Nike are available now.

You can probably buy these via the SNKRS app (and also the Nike store), and although the exact release date is yet to be confirmed at the time of my response, they are rumored to drop in the fall season of 2025.
