Ahead of the FIFA World Cup, Nike and Travis Scott are bringing a fresh edge to the pitch with a new soccer footwear collab equipped with streetwear flair and Cactus Jack’s signature touch.
The Phantom 6 Low Elite is far from Scott’s usual Nike endeavors, with a bright green and dark brown asymmetrical upper that contrasts the rapper’s darker-toned footwear releases. Key details include a scale-like texture on the heel panels adorned with Scott’s signature reverse Swoosh in gold, a custom crest on the tongue, and Cactus Jack branding on the medial heels and insoles. Lastly, the whimsical outsole features an acid-textured color palette that melds CJ branding against the bright green backdrop.
Debuted by Travis at Nike’s TOMA El Juego soccer event in Miami, the accompanying Phantom 6 Low Elite Indoor trades the cleated bottom for a Cushlon midsole and translucent gum sole with Cactus Jack branding in smoky black lettering.
Both versions of the Travis Scott x Nike Phantom 6 Low are slated to drop this summer on SNKRS, the Travis Scott website, and at select retailers. Take a closer look at them below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
