The Pokémon franchise is going above and beyond with special events and collaborative product drops this year in celebration of its 25th anniversary. We’ve already seen releases with a handful of prolific fashion labels, including the most recent Pokémon x Levi’s collection. Now, Japanese powerhouse UNIQLO has stepped up to the plate to take on the gaming franchise, producing a lineup of Pokémon tees for a new UT collection.
This extensive lineup of tees was created with a Pokémon All-Stars theme and features the original 151 Pokémon that appeared in the Gen 1 games, as well as some fan-favorites from later generations. The inclusive release features 6 tees in men sizing and 5 in women’s releasing for $19.90, as well as 6 kids tees for $9.90. These thematic t-shirts feature nods to standout characters like Pikachu, Gengar, and Jigglypuff; one women’s tee features the ultra-rare Mew while a men’s tee features all three fully-evolved Starter Pokemon: Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.
The Pokémon x UNIQLO T-shirt Collection will be available on June 3rd both online and in-store at UNIQLO locations. Check out official product images and trailers of the release below.
