Vans is expanding its Old Skool 36 Pearlized lineup with the addition of the fan-favorite multi-colored “Yacht Club” colorway.

Originally released in 2018 as part of a nautical-inspired “Yacht Club” Pack alongside a matching Slip-On, the “Yacht Club” Old Skool features a color-blocked design with green on the side panels, yellow for the heel, red on the tongue, and blue on the eyelets and toe box.

Six years later, the “Yacht Club” colorway makes its return with a Pearlized twist, with alternating pearls and crystal embellishments lining the jazz stripe, toe, tongue, and heel panel. The canvas uppers come slightly distressed, while the white vulcanized midsole comes with black scuff stains, evoking a well-loved sneaker that’s been repaired and customized over time.

The popular Pearlized style was first introduced through a collab with Satoshi Nakamoto in 2024, followed by a slew of tonal and two-tone GR colorways over the past couple of years. The “Yacht Club” edition will mark the first Pearlized Old Skool release to feature a multi-color design.

The Pearlized “Yacht Club” Old Skool was first revealed at the Vans Spring/Summer 2027 Paris Fashion Week showroom, though it appears we won’t have to wait until 2027 to cop. The colorway has already arrived at retailers and has popped up on release calendars for September.

The Vans Old Skool 36 Pearlized “Yacht Club” drops September 10th via Vans.com and select retailers such as Foot Locker. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for more news on upcoming releases.
