The Fly God has joined team Saucony.
Westside Gunn will be releasing his first-ever sneaker collaboration in partnership with Saucony, the Buffalo-born rapper and Griselda label head announced today on his socials. The announcement includes a preview of what’s to come, tech pack sheets of a ProGrid Omni 9 and a ProGrid Triumph 4. WSG also shared photos and clips from his meetings with the Saucony design team at the brand’s headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The announcement post also shares a heartfelt message to his fans that includes a salute to fellow Saucony collaborator Jae Tips. The message reads as follows:
“IM proud to announce I’m OFFICIALLY dropping my first sneaker!!!! This is a dream come true and I just wanna thank y’all so much for believing in my ART 🤲🏽 thank u @jaetips for opening the door and inspiring me💐 I’m a keep pushing the culture fwd..
