Willy Chavarria x UGG Collection Release Date- Modern Notoriety

UGG and Willy Chavarria sit at opposite ends of the fashion spectrum, one built on shearling comfort, the other on sharp, culturally loaded tailoring. Their first collaboration doesn’t try to smooth over that contrast. Instead, it leans into it directly.

The pairing first surfaced in June, when UGG appeared on the runway at Chavarria’s Spring/Summer 2027 show during Paris Fashion Week, offering a brief glimpse of what was to come. Months later, the full capsule arrives, built around a shared theme of toughness paired with tenderness.

Chavarria drew from biker and motorcycle-club leather codes — heavy buckles, shearling trim, sturdy boot silhouettes — and folded those references into UGG’s signature comfort-driven shapes. The result keeps both brands’ identities intact.

Five footwear styles make up the core of the release. The Guard Boot brings an armored, utilitarian shape. The Biker Boot carries the collection’s most direct moto reference, with double-buckle detailing across the shaft. A Relaxed Boot offers a rounder, pull-on alternative. The Otzo Clog strips things down to a slip-on mule. And the Hotel Chavarria Slipper closes out the lineup with an embroidered crest. A Hug It Tee and branded sock round out the apparel side.

“We’ve designed this collection to be fierce and friendly. The archival influence of leather culture wrapped in the warmth and intimacy that only UGG can provide. UGG and I remind you that you are untouchable and you are loved. This is my love letter to the outlaw in you,” says Willy Chavarria.

The campaign, titled “UGG & KISSES,” reframes the ’90s visual world of “Married… with Children” through a Mexican-American lens. Danny Trejo, Eva Longoria, Becky G, and Ivan Cornejo star, photographed in a wood-paneled living room dressed head-to-toe in leather and shearling.
