Young Thug has officially dropped his first collaboration with adidas Originals, the sp5der x adidas Superstar.
The Atlanta rapper and his streetwear brand sp5der have reimagined the iconic shell toe with an arachnid-inspired makeover. Glossy slime green cracked patent leather uppers come debossed with spiderweb details, paired with black patent leather serrated stripes on the side panels. Additional details include a padded tongue with debossed sp5der logo, hidden “555” embroidery on the tongue lining, and a metallic silver spider lace charm. More sp5der branding is found on the heels of the midsoles, on the metallic lace aglets, and on the bottoms of the translucent outsoles. The shoes come packaged in a custom see-through box and with a spare set of yellow laces.
The raffle for the sp5der x adidas Superstar is now open on kingspider.co, with entries accepted until January 2nd at 2pm ET.
