Earlier this year, New York Knicks star point guard Jalen Brunson debuted a PE (Player Edition) of the Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro, dressed in his team’s classic colors, orange and blue. Just like his “Statue of Liberty” Kobe 6s that released last December, these will also be getting a public release.
This colorway is officially named “Arancia” (Italian for orange), and comes dressed entirely in Total Orange, save for the large metallic blue swooshes on the heels and matching Kobe sheath logos on the tongue tags.
While PE colorways often do not release to the public, this iteration will be dropping as part of Nike Basketball’s Holiday 2026 lineup, according to a recent report by Sneaker Market RO and brandon1an.
The Kobe 3 is the latest silhouette from Kobe Bryant’s signature line to get the Protro treatment, with updates including a full-length Zoom Strobel paired with a plush Cushlon 3.0 midsole, breathable mesh construction for enhanced containment and airflow, and new diamond shapes on the upper and outsole to honor Kobe’s eldest daughter, Natalia, whose middle name is Diamanté. The Low version of the silhouette was recently introduced as part of Nike’s “Warning Label” collection for NBA All-Star Weekend.
The Jalen Brunson x Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro “Arancia” is slated to release on December 11th via SNKRS and select retailers. Grab an early look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for official images and other updates.
