Zion Williamson and Jordan Brand have announced an upcoming collection of Naruto-themed Zion 1 sneakers inspired by Zion and Naruto’s “parallel paths of overcoming adversity.”
Three different colorways of the Zion 1 have been revealed as part of this collection. The first comes in an orange and yellow color scheme, obviously a nod to Naruto himself, specifically Naruto in Six Paths Sage Mode as indicated by the symbols on the heels matching the one on the should of Naruto’s jacket while in this form.
The second comes in a mismatching black and white design. Based on the graphics on the insoles and the red symbols on the tongues, this one appears to be a nod to Six Paths Madara Uchiha.
The third colorway comes in black and dark red and is inspired by the power Naruto derives from Kurama the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. The design around the heel matches the chakra that envelops Naruto when he’s in four-tailed form, and the back of the heels features the jinchūriki seal used to seal Kurama inside Naruto.
