Original Story (03/04/25): A new “Baroque Brown” colorway of the Nike Air Flightposite has surfaced, set to release later this year.

Originally released in 1999 as a performance basketball silhouette, the Air Flightposite remains a cult classic to this day thanks to its sleek, futuristic design. Nike recently brought back the Flightposite in its OG “Metallic Gold” colorway as well as in “Triple Black,” and is now adding a new chocolatey brown iteration to the lineup.

A recently revealed sample of the “Baroque Brown” Air Flightposite features the titular brown hue across its molded composite uppers, paired with black neoprene at the zippered tongue and ankle collar. A touch of concord purple is used for the Nike Swoosh branding on the tongues and heels, giving the colorway an outdoorsy Nike ACG aesthetic (reminiscent of the OG Air Mowabb).

The Nike Air Flightposite “Baroque Brown” is expected to drop Holiday 2025 on SNKRS and at select retailers. Grab a first look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.

Update (07/08/25): Nike has officially unveiled the “Baroque Brown” Air Flightposite during the latest episode of SNKRS Showcase. Look for these to drop Holiday 2025.
