London and Tokyo connect as Palace links up with Japanese clothing brand BEAMS PLUS for a collection anchored in high-quality craftsmanship and contemporary versions of classic silhouettes.
This collaboration sees Palace deliver a more sophisticated offering than usual while still capturing the brand’s signature irreverence. Casual suiting — a first for Palace — comes in a light wool mottled grey glen check, accompanied by Oxford button-down shirts, pleated twill patched trousers with embroidered patterns, and a preppy cable-knit vest.
The collection also includes technical outerwear in the form of a statement Expedition down puffa jacket offered in navy/yellow and orange/blue. Other highlights include high tech camouflage work shirts, jacquard crew knits, and the sheer coach jacket with camo fleece lining. Palace staples like graphic hoodies, tees, and crewnecks round out the apparel offering, while accessories include chunky rug socks and jazzy argyle socks, caps in camo and navy, a bucket hat, and a co-branded skateboard with a Tri-Ferg rising sun logo.
The collab announcement is accompanied by a campaign film which sees Palace skaters Jamal Smith, Rory Milanes, and Danny Brady link up with Happy Mondays percussionist Mark “Bez” Berry and BEAMS PLUS director Hideki “Harry” Mizobata to form a jazz band.
The Palace x BEAMS PLUS collection drops Friday, October 11th at Palace locations and on the Palace website. Check out the campaign film and product shots below.
