The VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish sneaker by adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams is back with the global release of two colorways: “Royal Blue” and “Triple Black.” Both of these iterations saw limited early drops at cultural moments in 2025 and are now officially confirmed to be releasing worldwide.
The “Triple Black” colorway was first released in New York City in December to coincide with the Jellyfish being named Shoe of the Year at the 2025 Footwear News Achievement Awards. The “Royal Blue” colorway, on the other hand, was initially launched in Las Vegas during ComplexCon weekend in October.
Like the previously released Orange, Green, and Grey colorways, these new Jellyfish sneakers feature a bold chunky design with a molded exoskeletal structure on the upper and a wave-like midsole inspired by the floating gills of an actual jellyfish. Each also come with glow-in-the-dark details, with a green glow on the “Triple Black” colorway and a blue glow on the “Royal Blue.”
The Pharrell x adidas VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish “Triple Black” and “Royal Blue” will be available February 21st on adidas.com, CONFIRMED, and at select global retailers. Signups are now open on the adidas CONFIRMED app. Check out both colorways below.
