Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals are back with a new addition to the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish lineup with the “Tan” colorway, offering a more understated take on the futuristic silhouette.
Following the recent “Triple White” release, the “Tan” edition continues the momentum behind one of adidas Originals’ most sought-after footwear franchises. While the neutral colors tones things down, the shoe’s exaggerated proportions and sculptural construction remain impossible to miss.
Like previous colorways, this iteration of the Jellyfish features an engineered mesh upper wrapped in a sculptural cage, sitting atop a flowing midsole inspired by the movement of a jellyfish. Light blue accents align with VIRGINIA’s “beach” aesthetic, while glow-in-the-dark details contributes to the silhouette’s futuristic character.
Pharrell himself debuted the colorway during the 2025 Footwear News Achievement Awards, where the Jellyfish won the prestigious Shoe of the Year award.
The latest release arrives as part of VIRGINIA, Pharrell’s creative platform that brings together fashion, design, music, and community. Through the ongoing partnership with adidas Originals, the platform continues to reinterpret familiar ideas through playful and unconventional design.
