The Pokémon x Target collection is evolving. Following the release of Drop 1 a few weeks back, we now have more details on what to expect for Drop 2.
The most popular item from Drop 1, the Kanto Starter Jacket, is joined by two new iterations for the Johto and Hoenn regions. Matching the colors of their generation’s Pokémon video games, the Johto jacket comes in Gold with Silver and Crystal accents, while the Hoenn comes in Ruby red, Sapphire blue, and Emerald green. Just like the Kanto version, each jacket comes with their respective region’s eight gym badges hidden on the pouch pocket.
However, this time the jackets will be available online only, dropping June 6th at 8am CT. Those who miss the drop can opt in to the preorder on June 7th at 8am CT, which will include the new Johto and Hoenn versions along with a restock of the Kanto. Jackets purchased in the preorder are expected to ship in December 2026.
Drop 2 from the 30th anniversary collection includes more than 40 products spanning apparel, accessories, collectibles, travel, and summer essentials. The apparel lineup features Pokédex-inspired tees of Snorlax, Munchlax, Pichu, and Psyduck, each with hidden graphics that are revealed when turned inside out. There are also hoodies and crewnecks adorned with “Gotta Catch ‘Em All!” text, available in adult and kids’ sizes.
Accessories include a black tote bag with red, blue, and yellow accents, a matching backpack, an assortment of bag charms featuring Jigglypuff, Psyduck, Eevee, and Ditto, and caps featuring Eevee and Mew.
Home and hard goods round out the drop, including 151-piece puzzles inspired by the original 151 Pokémon, posters with holographic detailing, an Instant Print digital camera, waterproof Dive Ball speakers, Snorlax and Poké Ball beach towels, and other summer accessories inspired by Water-type Pokemon.
The full second drop from the Pokémon x Target 30th anniversary collection will be available June 6th in stores at opening and online starting at 8am CT. Shoppers will be limited to one unit per item, per guest both online and in stores. Check out the preview below.
