The Board Flip revival is far from over. After Reebok and ICECREAM reintroduced the silhouette with a limited run of just 500 pairs of the “Watermelon” colorway at ComplexCon Las Vegas last fall, momentum has only continued to build. Don Toliver followed with his own collab on the “Banana Split” colorway, and now the brands are taking things global with the wider release of two OG colorways.
The “Watermelon” gets its proper wide release, joined by another classic introduced by Pharrell Williams and NIGO in the 2000s: the “Pink Lemonade.” Where “Watermelon” leans into that bold green and pink punch, “Pink Lemonade” answers with a warm red and pink palette and a yellow collar peeking through.
Both pairs feature ICECREAM branding on the tongue and heel, along with the embroidered Cones & Bones logo on the lateral side. Construction stays true to the original with leather uppers, perforated detailing, suede eyestays, textured rubber toe caps, and injection EVA midsoles. Each pair also comes with two lace options and custom ICECREAM packaging.
“The Board Flip represents a specific moment for us, so bringing it back was about doing it with intention,” says Ross Westland, Creative Director of Billionaire Boys Club Icecream. “Watermelon reintroduced the silhouette in a way that felt familiar. Pink Lemonade felt like a natural next step, building on that momentum while introducing something new, without losing what made it work in the first place.”
Early access to the ICECREAM Board Flip “Watermelon” and “Pink Lemonade” will be available on May 1st on bbcicecream.com, followed by global release on May 6th at 10am EST over on Reebok’s website. Check out both pairs below.
